Ahh so good to remember being in a body. Yay connecting with Cranio again. Just had my first trade with another practitioner since moving to California. Twas sweeeeet. All sorts of releases and images coming to me. And more than anything, hearing Soul speaking– its voice so much kinder than my mind’s.

Where mind says, “You need to change,” Soul says:
